Here at Workday, we strive to put people at the center of everything we build. We work to ensure every decision is informed by our customers and users to create a better workplace experience by making work effortless. To do it well, we must understand users' needs and behaviors and deliberately design our system to enhance and match the users' intent.

Signing up for our research program, you will have the opportunity to participate in a range of different study types, such as remote interviews, surveys, prototype interactions, and even workplace visits. Through these, you will help guide our understanding of your world and have a chance to give feedback on brand new designs we are developing! You will interact directly with Workday researchers and your insights will enable meaningful improvements to the Workday experience.
